Chia seeds now a booming business in Uganda
The chia seed is causing super profits for some small-scale farmers in Uganda.
They have switched from traditional crops to the seed, first grown half way across the world by the Aztecs.
It’s all because of the increasing global demand for chia, well known for its health benefits.
Al Jazeera’s Anna Cavell reports from Kampala, Uganda.
